Srini Dharmaji
Founder | Chairman & CEO
With a passion for disruptive technologies, Srini Dharmaji has been at the forefront of mobile voice, data and multimedia innovations for more than 14 years. As GoldSpot's President and CEO, he is the company's key innovator, responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing the company's rapid growth and leadership in interactive advertising solutions for mobile media applications. Srini is the inventor of scores of patents in mobile interactive advertising that covers the whole gamut from interactive ad unit creation, targeting and campaign scheduling to dynamic ad-insertion, call-to-action enablement and fulfilment, and measurements. He is a well-known industry speaker on mobile advertising and content business models and technology trends. He won many industry accolades including Mobile Star 2008 Wireless Services Visionary award. Before founding GoldSpot Media™ in 2006, Srini provided leadership in business case development and product innovation in mobile video streaming, mobile broadcast and datacast applications to Virgin Mobile USA and Roundbox. Srini also led various Voice Over IP (VoIP) product initiatives at SIP innovator dynamicsoft (Acquired by Cisco Systems), Telcordia Technologies and Bellsouth Telecom. Srini earned B.S in Mathematics and an M.S. in Engineering from Indian Institute of Science.
Dr. Xin Feng
Founder | CTO
As Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Xin Feng brings more than 20 years of experience in software architecture, design and development of scalable distributed systems and engineering management to GoldSpot Media™. During his six-year tenure with Dynamicsoft and its acquirer Cisco Systems, Xin was Senior Technical Lead, designing a host of network management and mobile systems, including SIP (VoIP) servers and tools, Message Bus libraries, distributed memory databases and performance tools. Prior to Cisco, Xin was the Chief Architect at Dovetail Inc., where he led the development of their messaging protocol engine product. He also held senior engineering positions at Netro computing, working on network and protocol products and taught various parallel processing and distributed computing courses at Georgia Tech. Xin earned his Ph.D. in Computer Information and Distributed Processing from Ohio State University.
Bruce Braun
Sr. Vice President | Sales
Bruce Braun is responsible for GoldSpot’s worldwide sales and marketing activities. Prior to GoldSpot, Bruce was tapped by mobile marketing firm, The Hyperfactory to lead its new mobile analytics company, Agent M, as CEO. Overseeing a global team of planners, designers and developers, Bruce was responsible for the creation of the advanced analytic measurement tool that brings unprecedented accountability and insight to mobile marketing programs. A true media industry veteran, Bruce comes from a traditional and digital media background spanning more than 20 years with companies such as CBS, USA Networks and Turner Broadcasting. During his career, Bruce was the CEO of TMT Media, one of the largest direct response media buying and management companies in the US. He helped bring Sabela Media, an early force in online ad serving that became 24/7 Real Media, from Australia to the US. Moving to Moviso (later InfoSpace Mobile) he was a pioneer in making the case to national brands for mobile advertising. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Radio-TV-Film from California State University, Northridge.
Lionel Pelamourgues
Vice President | Products
Lionel Pelamourgues brings more than 25 years of experience in internet, telecommunications and mobile products and technologies to GoldSpot Media™. As Vice President of Products and Solutions, Lionel is responsible for GoldSpot Media's product strategy, customer and partner solutions, and standardization activities. Lionel has unique experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary technology units R&D teams, projects and ventures within multinational telecom service providers in Europe and North America, with a focus on infrastructure and communications covering the full product/service development cycle.
Prior to GoldSpot Media, Lionel held various management and technical positions at France Telecom, Orange, Deutsche Telekom, ThinkOne, Alcatel-Lucent, and Bridge Communications. During his tenure at France Telecom, Lionel served as Managing Director and CTO of France Telecom Research and Development, North America, and also held various product-engineering roles. In addition, Lionel was a board member of the Metropolitan Ethernet Forum and actively contributed to various standards organizations (MEF, EWOS, ISO, IETF, IEEE, ETSI, CEN/CENELEC) on behalf of France Telecom. at EWOS and was an active member of the French delegation to the ISO, IEEE and IETF organizations.
Lionel holds several academic and engineering degrees from Ecole Normale Superieure (France), Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications (France), and Universite Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris, France).
Yukihiro Mitani
Vice President | Japan
As Vice-President, Japan, Yukihiro Mitani leads GoldSpot Media’s business development, sales and customer support for the company’s Japanese operations. Yukihiro has more than 25 years experience developing new business, technical features and services in the mobile telecommunications, e-commerce, security, smartcard and industrial measurement industries. Prior to GoldSpot Media, Yukihiro was General Manager of Vodafone’s R&D Group in Japan, where he led development of several breakthrough products in the mobile industry, including the world’s first mobile commerce payment system, content certificate system, wireless wallet phone and handset motion-sensing features. Prior to Vodafone, he held various positions at Schlumberger, where he worked for several years at multiple global locations. Yukihiro holds an MS in Seismology from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a BS in Petroleum and Mining from Waseda University.
Tim Hanlon
Advisor
Tim is a strategic advisor to GoldSpot Media, and brings more than 20 years of experience in advertising strategy, new media strategy and marketing. Tim was previously Executive VP/Managing Director of VivaKi Ventures, the strategic partnership and investment arm of VivaKi – the digital services hub of marketing services agency holding company Publicis Groupe, S.A., comprising Starcom MediaVest Group, Zenith Optimedia Group, Digitas, Razorfish, and Denuo. He was chiefly responsible for the solicitation, negotiation and oversight of the unit’s strategic partnership and investment activity – focused exclusively on paradigm-changing "new media" platforms and technologies. Prior to that as head of ventures activity for both Denuo and Publicis Groupe Media, where he advised early stage media / technology companies. He also served as Vice President and Director of Emerging Contacts for Starcom MediaVest Group for a number of years.
Tim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Georgetown University.
Laura Marriott

Laura Marriott is a strategic advisor to GoldSpot Media. With nearly two decades of experience in the high-tech industry in the areas of general management, business development, and marketing, Marriott has held leadership positions at the Mobile Marketing Association, Intrado, Cyneta Networks and Cell-Loc Inc. From 2005 to 2008, she was responsible for leading the Mobile Marketing Association, as its global President, to drive the adoption of mobile marketing as well as to establish guidelines and best practices to ensure consumer privacy and brand integrity. Under Marriott’s leadership, the association spearheaded the development of consumer best practices and global mobile advertising guidelines, grew membership from 40 to more than 700 global companies, representing the world’s most recognized consumer and mobile brands, and became the world’s leading non-profit trade association for mobile marketing. Named one of the industry’s Mobile Women to Watch 2010 by Mobile Marketer, Top 50 US Executives & Top 50 Women in Mobile Content by Mobile Entertainment and Top 10 Women in Wireless by FierceMarkets, Marriott is highly regarded for her global voice and expertise on mobile marketing and is widely quoted in industry publications, broadcast, print, and radio world-wide. Marriott graduated from the University of Alberta.
